How To Prepare Momos?
Our Momos are getting famous for their delicious taste & experience. To cook them on your own, you will need to follow a few simple instructions below. Follow the instructions for a delightful experience at home.
Pan Fry
Step 1
Heat 2 tbsp. of oil on a non-stick pan.
Step 2
Place frozen momos and fry on medium heat until the base is golden brown.
Step 3
Add 4 tbsp. of water cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the cover, let the excess water evaporate and cook until base is crispy brown.
Steam
Step 1
Take steamer, fill half of the steamer with water, and bring it to a boil.
Step 2
Remove pack from freezer and place frozen momos on the oil-greased perforated tray.
Step 3
Cover the steamer and steam momos for about 5 minutes or until completely cooked.
Step 4
Serve hot with momo sauce.
Deep Fry
Step 1
Heat oil in a kadhai or a deep fat fryer up to 175°C or on medium heat.
Step 2
Add frozen momos from the pack to the hot oil and deep fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Microwave
Step 1
Place frozen momos on a microwave-safe dish.
Step 2
Sprinkle some water on the momos, cover it with microwave-safe lid and cook on high for 2 minutes.
